New Subscribers

When subscribing (new users only):

You will need to validate your account before you will be able to log in to the Moogis Members Area.

• You must click the link provided in the initial email in order to validate your account.

• To ensure proper delivery add info@moogis.com to your addressbook.  If you do not see the email please also check your Spam/Junk  folders.

If you try to reset your password before you have validated your account it will break the validation process and require an admin to manually fix your account.

Note: Access will only be granted once the payment clears through PayPal.  For users paying by eCheck and/or directly from bank accounts please note that it can take up to several days for the payment to clear.  You will only receive the email to activate your account once the payment has been completed, so if you're planning to pay by these means please allow enough lead time before the show you are wanting to watch.  Payments made by credit card clear almost instantly.

• Reminder for "One Night Stand" Subscribers:
As it says at the top of the "One Night Stand" subscription section (calendar):
- SUBSCRIPTION WILL ACTIVATE AFTER 6.00PM EST THE DAY OF THE SHOW
"One Night Stand" Subscribers won't see the "Go to Live Webcast" link until then ... only the welcome Moogis Member page.

Sounds great but there's no video, it's just black

hardwardaccelSeems to be an issue for some Mac users especially on new Macs.

With your Moogis Live streaming player open.  Right click over the video player . A list will appear, select "Settings".

A box will appear, select the bottom screen icon on the far left, then the box should look similar to the one shown.

Turning off hardware acceleration has helped resolve issues, freezing too for some users.
 BE SURE to UNCHECK the box !

(This one took us by surprise as most of the Moogis Team are using Macs and have not had any problems  viewing the videos.)

I renewed, why don't I see it in my purchase history? / Why didn't I get a receipt?

You can't see this information because your renewal was not synced to your account as it was when you signed up. When you renew your account we update your account by hand, this is why it is important you use the same e-mail account in Paypal as you use to sign into Moogis.

You did get a receipt. The receipt you receive from Paypal at the end of making your purchase is all the confirmation you need and you can save that for your records.

What kind of connection do I need?

To view the Moogis stream without problems we recommend that you have a Broadband connection, more specifically, DSL or Cable Internet. Typically Satellite Internet is less reliable than DSL and Cable Internet and users have experienced lag and freeze ups with Satellite.

IMPORTANT: If you are experiencing lag or delays this is not due to our servers. We have more than enough bandwidth to support all of our users, problems streaming content over the Internet is almost always a user-related issue.

HOW DO I SIGN IN?

If you want to check out a concert simply click on the Member Login link in the top menu above. That link will take you to the correct login page.
What if I am in the right spot and still can't seem to log in?
If you have problems logging in and are using Internet Explorer you may be having a configuration problem. An easy way to get around this problem we suggest you download and use a different browser such as Firefox or Chrome which are free. These browsers have better "standard" settings and will provide you with a IE.

What are the best Settings for IE?
-Go to "Tools" and click "Internet Options"
-Click on the "Privacy" tab 
-In the "Advanced" window, "allow third-party cookies"
What are the best Settings for Firefox?
[This will remove any saved information stored in this browser] 

-Go to "Tools" click on "clear private data" 
-Go to "Preferences"
-Click on "Privacy"
-Uncheck "Keep My History"
-Uncheck "Remember what I enter in forms..."
-Check "accept cookies..."
-Check "accept third-party cookies"
-Set "Keep until" - "I close Firefox"
-Save settings.
Close Firefox completely and start a new session.

Where did the name Moogis come from?
When Butch's children were young they pronounced music as "moogis". We know, we know, awwwww, for cute.
